Long before The Salt Shack became Ship Bottom’s newest waterfront destination, this property was known as Hochstrasser’s Marina—a place where generations of boaters launched, docked, and spent their summers on Barnegat Bay.
Today, that same waterfront has been thoughtfully reimagined into a place where the community can gather to enjoy great food, handcrafted cocktails, live music, and unforgettable sunsets, while preserving its roots as a working marina.
